New Road Maintainer
Blue Mesa recently took delivery of a new road maintainer. The equipment is expected to significantly improve our ability to maintain the subdivision's roads.
Noxious Weeds
Noxious weeds are weeds that have been designated by an agricultural authority as being injurious to agricultural crops, natural habitats or ecosystems, or humans or livestock.

Annual dues increase of $20 to
$140 per lot starting July 1, 2017.
