ADOPTION & AMENDMENT – POLICIES, PROCEDURES & RULES

Per Senate Bill 05-100, 2005

SECTION 7, 38-33.3-209.5:

(b) Adopt policies, procedures, and rules and regulations concerning:

(VII) Procedures for the adoption and amendment of policies, procedures and rules

These policies and procedures or any part thereof may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors of the Association.

The Policies & Procedures Committee shall conduct a review of the Policies and Procedures contained in the Policy and Procedure Manual bi-annually from the date of the approval of the policy or procedure.

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Adoption & Amendment – Policies, Procedures & Rules Policy the 20^th day of October, 2007.
