POLICY & PROCEDURE

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL - PLANS

 

 

 

It shall be the policy of the Blue Mesa Recreation Association to require that a property owner’s dues be paid up and current before submitting any plans to the Architectural Committee for approval.  No plans shall be approved for a property owner who has unpaid dues outstanding.

 

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Architectural Control – Plans policy the 18^th day of May, 2013.
