CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Per Senate Bill 05-100, 2005


SECTION 7, 38-33.3-209.5:

  1. Adopt policies, procedures, and rules and regulations concerning:

    1. Handling of conflicts of interest involving board members

DECLARATION:

If any contract, decision, or other action taken by or on behalf of the Board of Directors would financially benefit any member of the Board of Directors or any family member of that Director, that member of the Board of Directors shall declare a conflict of interest for that issue. The conflict shall be declared in an open meeting, prior to any discussion or action on that issue. After making such declaration, the member may participate in the discussion but shall not vote on that issue.

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Conflicts of Interest Policy the 20th day of October, 2007.
