POLICY & PROCEDURE

 

REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGES

 

 

 

It shall be the policy of the Blue Mesa Recreation Association to require a property owner to reimburse the Association for any and all damages to Association Property resulting from intentional vandalism, carelessness, negligence, recklessness, or any other cause by a property owner or the family or guest of a property owner.  Association Property includes buildings, parking areas, roads, lakes and all other common areas.

 

The Association shall have repairs completed in a prudent manner and shall send copies of the invoices to the property owner for payment which shall be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt.

 

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Reimbursement for Damages Policy the 21ST day of June, 2014.
