Winter Plowing at Blue Mesa

The following plowing procedure is adhered to at the subdivision.

The Association plows the road from Highway 149 to the clubhouse if the weather permits, a designated driver is available, and the equipment is in proper working condition.

Plowing of the secondary roads in the subdivision normally is the responsibility of the residents. However, the HOA may assist when necessary after completing the plowing from Highway 149 to the cluphouse. Again, assuming a designated operator is available and the equipment is in proper working condition.

Also, after several heavy snowfalls the secondary roads that have been plowed by residents may require the HOA maintainer to "wing back" the snow that has accumulated on the sides of the road.
