POLICY & PROCEDURE

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL - DRIVEWAYS

 

 

It shall be the policy of the Blue Mesa Recreation Association to require that a permit be obtained from Gunnison County prior to construction of a driveway on any property. 

It shall be the responsibility of the individual property owner(s) to obtain the required permit(s) from Gunnison County.

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Architectural Control - Driveways Policy the 21^st day of June, 2008.
