POLICY & PROCEDURE

 

EMERGENCY EXPENDITURES

 

 

It shall be the policy of the Blue Mesa Recreation Association to have a maximum limit of $10,000.00 for use for emergency expenditures.  These expenditures shall not be subject to the Bid Policy. 

 

Emergencies shall be determined by a simple majority vote of the Board of Directors, and a simple majority of the Board of Directors shall have the discretion of approving spending (up to the maximum) to handle the emergency.

 

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Emergency Expenditures Policy the 19^th day of May, 2007.
