POLICY & PROCEDURE

NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL

 

It shall be the policy of the Blue Mesa Recreation Association to maintain a noxious weed control program for the property owned by the Association and the Common Areas, up to and including the road ditches adjoining the property.

It shall be the responsibility of the individual property owners to control the noxious weeds on their individual property, up to and including the road ditches adjoining their property.

In witness hereof, the undersigned has executed this Noxious Weed Control Policy the 20^th day of June, 2008.
